What is mothermoves® training and do I need to be doing it?

To understand if you need this training, we must first understand why it is needed.  Not only does the body change during pregnancy, it continues well past delivery, often remaining for years after we have birthed. 

 A New mothers will find themselves sitting, sleeping and standing for hours on end, holding babies, without moving, often uncomfortable for her. 

This can leave a shape and pattern in the women’s body, mimicking, even years later, the positions that a mothers body endlessly  held. 

Mobility is the ability to move a limb through its full range of motion, which is often not possible without awareness and practice.

This course is open to all levels.

You may choose to perform these exercises with an exercise mat.


This course is designed to help you improve strength, posture, flexibility and increase your joint range of motion (mobility). It targets the body as a whole – not in individual parts – and holistically strengthens the body

This course is suitable for all levels as each exercise can be adapted based on your current level

This course includes:

33 Mobility Exercises -designed especially for post-natal mother’s. Each exercise is  performed help undo the patterns that a mothers body will begin to shape shift into.

  These movements will improve your body’s coordination, mobility and balance. 

These movements are created and designed by a woman, for women who have felt stuck in the mommy body for too long, and is looking for a way back into her body, one that no longer looks frozen in time. 

Who this course is for:

This course is open to all levels and is suitable for anyone wanting to improve their mobility, alignment, decrease kyphosis(rounding of upper spine), decrease lordosis         ( pelvic tilting), release tension in the jaw, pelvic floor, inner thighs and feet. 

If you find yourself having less ability in your body, decrease breath capacity, tension in upper back and jaw, these are indicators that your body is asking for an unlock session. Not sure if you need this training, feel free to contact me for a complimentary video session.
