Hi, I’m Renee, your breath coach. I coach, life-changing, science-based breathing techniques to individuals, teams, and businesses looking to improve their breathing to promote health, wellbeing, and performance.
From alleviating stress and anxiety to improving performance in sports and everything in between, breathwork is the single most powerful and freely available tool I’ve found and I’m excited to share my knowledge with you.

As a fully qualified fitness, massage, pelvic floor therapist, and now, certified breath coach, I have the expertise to coach you to improve your breathing for health, happiness, and deep tension release. I love coaching and helping others feel their best. It has had a profound impact on my health and the health of those that I coach and I’m often told by clients that they wish they had found breathing as a healer and performance booster earlier in their lives. I know I do.
The extensive, science-based knowledge we now have proves that a breathing practice is just as important as the food we eat and the exercise we do in keeping ourselves healthy. When we spend time with our breath, learn when to use techniques, we can change our NOW and our biochemistry. We often don’t need a pill to feel better, what is truly required is the coaching to make small, consistent changes and improvements to our breathing.
I offer 1:1 trauma release breath therapy sessions, burnout recovery and for deep tension in the muscular system, as well as breath to rehab a tight pelvic floor. My sessions are designed to empower individuals with a scientific understanding of how breathing improves general wellbeing and physical performance. My own method, incorporates using breath with movement, such as kundalini and chi gong, to enhance the benefits of this powerful breath teaching.
My group sessions, are intimate and personable. I offer 2.5 hours of breath work, plus a homework plan to help you create a daily practice. I encourage journal sessions to accompany the home practice and offer tools to ensure your new path is successful.

What to expect when you join me for a mini-retreat?
Max. 8 participants
45 min. of movements, including chi gong and kundalini practices
90 min (2 rounds )of activating, cleansing and balancing the nervous systems- guided with sound therapy
20-30 min. grounding meditation
sharing food and home planning to end
